NETBALL SOUTH RECRUITMENT 2024

 REGIONAL COMPETITION AND TOURNAMENT VOLunteers

Creating great Netball Volunteer opportunities and experiences in the South

ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT NETBALL COMPETITION AND HAVE GREAT ORGANISATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS? IF SO, WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

The Netball South Regional Tournaments, festivals and leagues are highly competitive, offering great matches for the Region's best schools, clubs and players at all age groups and as such deserve excellent support – both pre- season and during the netball year.

Netball South is looking to recruit up to 8 Competition Technical Support Group volunteers to meet this challenge by:

- taking joint responsibility for supporting member clubs playing in our three open and eight junior leagues

- leading the organisation of our regional schools and pre-season qualifying tournaments together with any regional festivals

.

We are seeking individuals who have a passion for netball, and in particular like to see competitions run fairly for all. These individuals should have excellent communication, organisation and people skills and if new to competition oversight, be enthusiastic and willing to learn. It would be beneficial but not essential if these individuals understand how the Netball South Regional Leagues and competitions operate.

If you wish to express an interest or have a discussion, please contact either: Toni Brunsdon (interim Competitions Director) netballsouth_competitions@outlook.com or Lucy Cusack (England Netball Regional Officer) south@englandnetball.co.uk.
